Technology coaches create and support effective digital age learning environments to maximize the learning of all students.

21st-century students are native digital learners; they don't know life without constant connectivity and a global audience. The world of education is changing with all the available technologies out there, and it is full of choices that our students will have to make. Students are more willing to learn with technology is involved. Still, as coaches & educators, we need to make sure that our students are using the digital learning environment to best usability.

We have classrooms that no longer have rows and columns, no books, attending school every day from a specific time to another. Today's classroom environment is different from what it was ten years ago, and significant changes have happened in a short time, and the changes will keep on accruing. So, why don't we start thinking about how the classroom environment will look like in 10 years and start with implementing those changes gradually. The classroom now is more students centered then being teacher-centered. Learning environments are implementing the STEAM approach, which builds students differently and prepares them for future skills that will be needed from them.

Along with physical spaces, we need to be thinking about the digital environment and developing a procedure to manage the tools and systems that we want to implement in the learning process. Evaluating and teaching the use of the tools is a key role that coaches play. Giving valuable knowledge to educators and students on tools and how and why to use them can take their progress in teaching and learning to a different level of success.
