2g. Coach teachers in and model effective use of technology tools and resources to continuously assess student learning and technology literacy by applying a rich variety of formative and summative assessments aligned with content and student technology standards.

What:
Case study about my process in coaching a Mentee in her workplace, after designing a plan to integrate technology in her classroom, we monitored the student approach. I observed her approach toward introducing tools to students. We acknowledge the difficulties and limitations that we faced. The implication of future opportunities that might come in collaboration with the curriculum changes. Identifying what the obstacles and opportunities are helped us in determining how to approach students. We made sure students could see the difference in their learning journey with technology because their performance is the only thing that matters for everyone.

So What:
Understanding the environment that we need to the asset in integrating technology will help us narrow the approaches & tools that will work for them. The digital world is full of tools that can enhance the coaching, teaching, and learning process; we need to identify and recognize the tools that will help us grow. Each environment is different, and its requirements will be different. It is essential for us as coaches not to be overwhelmed with all the digital tools and changes.

Now What:
Going through the experience of monitoring a Mentee, I released how we can have great lesson plans ready to be implemented in a classroom, but there will always be someone who would stand against your ideas. Implementing technology to keep up worth the world change is not an easy task. There will always be challenges and obstacles, and I think our greatest skill is to face those challenges without mistreating or hurting, or bullying any opposing party. It's essential to use our skills to convince everyone who disagrees with respect and love.
