Technology coaches conduct needs assessments, develop technology-related professional learning programs, and evaluate the impact on instructional practice and student learning.

Many technology tools are out there with the availability of the internet, but which one to use? Every target of students and every environment requirement is different from others. So, evaluation of the tools before implementing their effects positively on the progress of the target group. Implementing or introducing a new tool to an environment where the students and the teachers are not fully aware of its use, benefits, and how it should help them may negatively affect how they view technology because it will have failed them and didn't do any benefit. Therefore, it is crucial to study the field to introduce new technologies by starting with a needs analysis. To understand our target group's needs after examining the data gathered, we can list the technologies that would benefit them. There might be more than one technology, so it's our job to evaluate those tools using the needs analysis and checklist and evaluation form to determine the best tool.

Negative behavior that coaches do introduces multiple tools that confuse both the teachers and the students. It was never about quantity as it is about quality. Introducing one tool and the feedback forms the participants and its impact will help us determine the next tool to introduce to them. Professional growth is a process of failure and success that makes the coach's journey full of experience and resources for their next mission.

Conducting professional development sessions for teachers and following up with them after a couple of months keeps them involved in the growth process. It is essential to get them involved in their professional growth; they need to speak about what worked and didn't for them and what they were expecting but to achieve. This helps them grow and help us as coaches develop more collaborative, engaging, and relevant professional development sessions.
