What:
I reflected on the vision and mission of Al Dhafra School to fully understand their insight vision towards its pedagogical approaches. I monitored the management and teacher's attitude toward introducing digital tools in the classroom. Everyone was welcoming the new changes in the learning environment and was supportive of the changes. Most importantly, I monitored students' enthusiasm toward having new approaches introduced to them in the classroom. Identifying my philosophy toward the school vision of integrating technology helped identify the struggles and obstacles to achieve the mission set. Understanding the school goals helped me grow my views toward the contribution that technology takes toward students learning.

So What:
Understanding the mission & vision of Al Dhafra school helped me draw a bigger picture of where the teaching and learning process in the school is heading. I understood and analyzed the struggle that faces some of the teachers in implementing new strategies in the classroom. I was able to identify which technologies will make the most effective growth in the learning environment to satisfy all student's needs.

Now What:
For any educational organization I will go to, I would like to understand their mission and vision and use the learning environment's growth. I want to work with my peers and management closely to allow professional development sessions to help teachers determine the most suitable tool for their students. I want teachers to have a chance to reflect and contribute to the process of choosing and evaluating the tool for their vision. Each teacher in the educational environment must have goals set for their students to achieve, and by collaboration between teachers, they can share tools and experience. Technology is an imported aspect of the teaching and learning approach and accepting and appreciating it will work well for everyone.
