2d. Coach teachers in and model design and implementation of technology-enhanced learning experiences emphasizing creativity, higher-order thinking skills and processes, and mental habits of mind (such as critical thinking, metacognition and self-regulation).

What:
I created an instructional video about implementing technology-enhanced learning activity that fosters high order process and critical thinking. I chose Tynker to demonstrate to other teachers and educators how they use a digital programming tool for mathematic coding. Tynker makes coding more comfortable, and there are many different tools, such as code monkey, code combat, and many others. Such digital tools help students develop their high-order thinking skills by integrating math, coding, and technology.

So What:
Discovering such tools that can transform a complicated topic as coding to a simple constructive game is the magic of integrating technology in the classroom. That is why, as an instructional coach, we love our job. As an instructional coach, our target is to break down complicated concepts of knowledge in the education environment and make them simpler, more comfortable, and more sense to the students. Because when students understand hard, complex concepts of knowledge, their thinking develops, and they can invent and create and find solutions for illnesses. Such instructional tool helps the growth of young learner to be epic leaders

Now What:
Technology has made the learning process easier, more fun, and more engaging. Technology has made teaching less struggle for the teacher to deliver, and it made the knowledge easier to be understood by learners. Supporting the learner's mental habits of mind will determine their future, so it's very important to emphasize self-regulation and creativity. There are more technologies out there to develop more of the 21st-century skill learners need, such as problem-based, media literacy, instructional strategy activities, leadership, and more. Discovering those technologies and letting other educators know about them must be the mission of every instructional technology coach.
